Training & Placement cell Activities:

• Training and Placement Department undertakes the following activities to achieve the desired results and set targets:
• Special Training for Final years on soft skills and Aptitude.
• training for development of desired skills essential for suitable job profile/ higher education/ self employment and inviting the Corporate Industries / Research or Academic Institutes/ Commercial Organizations/ Public Sector Undertakings for campus placement.
• We invite guest faculty for training students during summer vacation
• Placing the students in industries through ON campus recruitment, pooled campus and OFF campus recruitments .
• Pre-joining learning activities and Alumni activities
• Other activities include: Mock Interviews, Personal Grooming, and Counseling on job opportunities.
• Helping students during industry visits .

To reduce the gap between candidate skills + knowledge and the industry needs by producing competent resources equipped with personality development and campus recruitment training along with professional etiquette & providing them the best possible opportunities to thrive in their career.

The Training and Placement Team of New Science Degree & PG College is dedicated towards achieving 100% placements and leaves no stone unturned in preparing Recruitment schedule of the year by inviting HR Teams of different corporates to ensure the smooth functioning of the Campus-Recruitment process. Meanwhile, numerous Training programs, Workshops, Seminars, Industry interactions, and also industry visits are conducted parallel with Regular one-on-one counseling for betterment of the students facing difficulties in interviews. Faculty Development Programs are conducted concentrating on 360 degree improvement in student performance through the skill development of the faculty. The Entrepreneurship Development area also is encouraged & monitored with the view making Job-Creators apart from Job-Seekers.

• The aim of Training & Placement Cell of the institute is to place the student in competitively good companies by identifying their knowledge skills, attitude matrices of every individual student, creating job profiles for them, identifying areas of training & various methods as per the training requirement.
