Rules of Admission

Candidates seeking admission to I year of B.Sc./B.Com./BBM course must have passed the intermediate examination conducted by the State Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana, or any other examination recognized by the Kakatiya University as equivalent thereto. Application form and prospectus can be had from the office on payment of Rs.100/-.


Application form

The candidates applying for B.Sc. and B.Com./B.B.M. should submit application forms separately for the courses mentioned. Prescribed Application forms duly filled in should be submitted in the college office. Copies of the following certificates should be enclosed to the application form. At the time of Admission, the same should be submitted in original.

  • Memo of Marks
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Date of Birth Certificate
  • Study Certificate / Local candidate certificate
  • Five (5) colored passport size photographs
  • Caste certificate, if the candidate belongs to BC/SC/ST categories
  • Any other certificate necessary, if the student claims reservation under PH/NCC/NSS etc.
  • Candidates seeking admission to I year science group should have obtained not less than 40% marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination in the corresponding optional subject. However, this does not apply to the candidates belonging to the SC/ST categories. Candidates, who have passed vocational course, seeking admission to Science group, should wait for confirmation of their admission from the university. Candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination in a medium other than English, are also eligible for studying in English Medium if they secure a minimum of 40% marks in English at Intermediate level.The college reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is found against the rules and regulations of the University or the Government.
